Discussing White Identity is a monthly gathering of colleagues from the Division of Student Affairs at the University of St. Thomas. It is open to colleagues of all races. Colleagues gather via Zoom to discuss aspects of White identity, how it shows up at St. Thomas, and how it impacts our work with students and colleagues. The breakout session will begin by outlining the brief history of this program and its purpose. Then, we will discuss a topic of White identity as a group – like we do when we gather.
