Kha Yang is the Associate Vice President for Inclusive Excellence in the Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the University of St. Thomas. In her role, she serves as an institutional leader, strategist and consultant on diversity, equity and inclusion matters.
Yang is a first-generation Hmong American with a commitment for social justice work. She brings more than 20 years of experience as a campaign organizer, human rights investigator, equal employment opportunity consultant, and inclusion programs manager.
Yang holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal law and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a master’s in liberal arts in management and organizational behavior from Harvard University.
