Angela Mendez serves as the Life Skills Coach/Counselor at the University of St. Thomas with the Dougherty Family College. Angela is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner with over 12 years of experience providing mental health services in the Twin Cities Metro area. Angela’s experience includes working with adults experiencing homelessness in Hennepin County and working with individuals with acute psychiatric symptoms. In her current role, Angela provides both therapeutic and resource support to students at Dougherty Family College.
