Peggy Andrews, PhD, SPHR is a Senior Lecturer in Management and MBA Leadership Curriculum Coordinator at the Hamline University School of Business. Prior to her academic career, Dr. Andrews worked in HR and Management Consulting for 20+ years. Her research interests include strategic hiring practices, white collar layoffs, and maternal employment. Andrews’ aim is to help individuals and organizations create environments, systems, and processes to advance their ability to flourish.
