Rama Kaye Hart, Ph.D. is an associate professor in the Department of Management, Opus College of Business, at the University of St. Thomas, and has served as a SEED program leader since 2018. From 2006-2018, Dr. Hart taught in the ED.D. and MA programs in Organization Development and Change at UST. She currently teaches, conducts research, and consults in the areas of diversity/inclusion, management, organization development/change, and team effectiveness. Dr. Hart is passionate about equipping anti-racism leaders with systems change capabilities through greater self-awareness, cultural competence, and engagement.
